Ajaxify jQuery plugin

I am a div with id container (see me) where all the examples will run. start navigating the examples from the left menu. and try to keep in order.

For demonstrating purposes, I have delayed the server output from 1 - 5 seconds depends on the example.

At any time you want to see #container source code. Click at "View container source code" at the top right side of the container.
